Production Machining in Troy, MI
Production is a different discipline than prototyping. It is about repeatability: dialed-in fixturing, a controlled process, and inspection that proves every part in the run holds your print. That is how we run volume.

Production is a different discipline than prototyping.
Once a design is proven, the job changes. Now every part has to come off the machine the same — the same dimensions, the same finish, the same fit — whether it is the first one or the ten-thousandth. We build the fixturing and process around that repeatability from the start.
On our HAAS and OKUMA machining centers we run medium-to-high-volume work with in-process checks at each setup and dimensional inspection against your drawing. You get consistent parts, on schedule, with the documentation to back the quality.
Repeatable volume
Medium-to-high-volume runs engineered so the last part matches the first.
Process control
Purpose-built fixturing and in-process checks keep every setup on tolerance.
Inspected batches
Dimensional inspection against your print, batch after batch.
On schedule
Planned runs and clear communication so your line is never waiting on parts.
The machines and the specs behind the parts
Rigid, high-speed machining centers, a full CAD/CAM workflow, and a materials list built for real-world engineering — held to the tolerances your print demands.

HAAS VF-4
A workhorse 3-axis VMC with generous travels for larger parts — roughing through finishing in fewer setups.

OKUMA MX-45VAE
High-speed spindle and rigid construction for tight-tolerance precision on demanding, detailed parts.
From your print to parts at your dock
A clear, repeatable path — so you always know where your parts are and what happens next.
Quote
Send a model or a dimensioned print. We review it for manufacturability and send back a fast, clear quote.
Program
CAD/CAM programming and fixturing are dialed in before a single chip is cut.
Machine
Cut on our HAAS and OKUMA machines, with in-process checks at every setup.
Inspect & ship
Dimensional inspection against your print, then finishing, assembly, and ship-ready packaging.

Production Machining — questions
We handle medium-to-high-volume production runs. Send your part, print, and target quantities and we will scope the right process and lead time.
With dedicated fixturing, controlled programs, and in-process inspection at each setup, so dimensions stay consistent from the first part to the last.
Yes — running your prototype and production under one roof means the transition to volume is faster and the parts stay consistent.
We inspect production parts against your drawing and can provide dimensional documentation on request.
